Plan Commission will review Foundry Park developmentThe project plans over 3,700 units, a hotel, office space, retail, and open space ![]() The Chicago Plan Commission will review the proposed Foundry Park redevelopment at its upcoming meeting later this month. Planned by Chicago-based developer JDL Development and Kayne Anderson Real Estate, the more than $1 billion project will take over the site which was formerly planned as the northern portion of Lincoln Yards, a stalled megadevelopment planned by Sterling Bay.
