Planned by Chicago Development Partners and Continuum Capital, the project site is located at the northwest corner of W. Diversey Pkwy and N. Sheridan Rd. The site includes the vacant medical building at the northwest corner of Sheridan and Diversey as well as the adjacent parking lot to the north.
