Affordable senior housing breaks ground at 1539 N. PulaskiThe project will convert the Pioneer Arcade into senior apartments with an addition  Chicago-based developer Hispanic Housing Development Corporation recently celebrated the groundbreaking of their affordable senior housing development at 1539 N. Pulaski. Located in Humboldt Park, the project will adaptively reuse the former Pioneer Arcade building and build on the adjacent vacant lot to its south.
