28-story residential tower proposed at 1415 N. DaytonThe $145 million project would deliver 340 rental units  A 28-story residential development is in the works at 1415 N. Dayton. Planned by Honore Properties and Peerless Development, the project site is located at the northeastern corner of W. Evergreen Ave and N. Dayton St. The developers were contemplating an adaptive reuse of the existing four-story loft building but will now demolish the building to make way for the new development.
