California celebrates ribbon cuttingThe six-story building has 40 affordable apartments  The Hispanic Housing Development Corporation (HHDC) recently celebrated the ribbon cutting ceremony to open its newest affordable residential development at 1237 N. California. Located at the northeast corner of N. California Ave and W. Crystal St, the project replaces a vacant site across from Humboldt Park.
