HalstedThe 12-story building would have 188 apartments and a cafe  Later this month, the Chicago Plan Commission will review a proposed mixed-use development at 3611 N. Halsted. Planned by local developer David Gassmann, the project site is located midblock between W. Addison St and W. Waveland Ave. The property is currently a vacant lot after the one-story commercial structure was demolished back in 2024.
