The Chicago Plan Commission will review a proposed residential development at 1415 N. Dayton at its meeting later this month. Planned by Honore Properties and Peerless Development, the project was initially revealed back in February. The project site is located at the northeastern corner of W. Evergreen Ave and N. Dayton St and is occupied by an existing four-story loft building. The developers were contemplating an adaptive reuse of the existing building but will now demolish the building to make way for the new development.
