Developer secures financing for development at 3233 N. Sheffield

The new five-story building will have 99 units

Chicago developers North Park Ventures & SNS Realty Group have secured financing and acquired the property for their new residential development planned at 3233 N. Sheffield. Formerly home to the Torstenson’s Glass facility, the project site is located midblock along N. Sheffield Ave between W. Belmont Ave and W. School St with the CTA L tracks behind the site.

Mixed-use development proposed at 2758 N. Mozart

The five-story building would have 40 units and retail

Lakeview

Demo permit issued for proposed development at 2800 N. Sheridan

The 28-story mixed-use development still needs city approval

Uptown

Mixed-use development proposed at 4740 N. Clark

The six-story building would have 95 units and retail

Noble Square

Demo permit issued to make way for development at 1257 W. Fry

The new four-story building will have four units
