Zoning application filed for development at 1805 N. CampbellThe new building would stand four stories tall with 21 units  A zoning application has been filed for a residential development at 1805 N. Campbell. Planned by Vam Development, the project site is located on the northeast corner of N. Campbell Ave and W. Bloomingdale Ave. In September, a demolition permit was issued to clear the three-story residential structure that is currently existing on the site.
